We wanted to send a note to say Thank You for everything you did for us to make our lot purchase simple and problem free. We were both a little hesitant because of being out of state, but you provided excellent service and information when sending your e-mails of available lots you thought we would be interested in. When we let you know we would be coming to the area you were accommodating to our busy vacation schedule to meet us and show us the lots. We really appreciated the fact that there was never any pressure to make a decision. Your assistance with our offer & subsequent counter offers was settled within 24 hours. Since we were unfamiliar with attorneys to handle closing, it was nice of you to provide a list of several names to choose from. Closing went without incident and the best part is that it was all handled via email, faxes and U.S. mail.

Recently my wife and I had the pleasure of using the services of Tony Curreri and The Wiley Group to purchase a home on Lake Greenwood . Tony placed us on an e-mail list from which we received updates, almost daily, on all new listings and changes to existing listings that matched our interests. This greatly reduced our workload as we did not have to do extensive MLS searches. Over the course of 5 months we looked at numerous properties and homes all over the lake. Tony always seemed to find a way to become available when ever we needed him, sometimes with very little notice. He never pushed his ideas on us, but instead opened doors and sat back to let us form our own opinions. He was straight forward and honest in answering all of our questions, and was very prompt in getting back to us with information he did not immediately have.
Tony was an even greater asset after we found our home. He handled everything from negotiations all the way to signing the paperwork. Even with all of the pitfalls that occurred during closing, and we had our share, Tony kept everything moving forward and not a date was missed. He also set up the appointments necessary for the inspections and surveys. We closed in 3 weeks! Tony even allowed me to vent on a couple of occasions without letting it affect our relationship.
My wife and I have had several bad experiences with past realtors, and have a somewhat sour taste for the industry. We had a wonderful experience with Tony Curreri and The Wiley Group.
